http://www.aph.gov.au/library/intguide/law/taxlaw.htm#history says that Land Tax was introduced in SA in 1884, therefore John Cockburn could not have introduced it during his time as premier. Jcsutton 13:50, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
