Inclusion as a Metro Council Member
I really question Mr. Acklen's inclusion on the list of Metropolitan Council members. He was a member of the old City of Nashville Council. The Metro Council, its successor body, was not established until a quarter-century after his death. This may seem a silly quibble to some, but in fact is akin to calling a member of the Continental Congress/Congress of the Confederation a member of the United States Congress. 75.200.255.210 (talk) 23:42, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
State constitutional convention of 1923 - 1927?
What in the world is this referring to? There was no Tennessee State Constitutional Convention during this time frame; in fact, there were none in between the one in which the current document was drafted (in 1869; ratification occurred in 1870) and when it was first amended in 1953. How about a supporting reference to this alleged event? 75.216.153.25 (talk) 23:15, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
