  • Unfornately, it only pictures of planes not really the airport. One picture that would be nice is an external view of the terminal (hopefully with the name of the airport in view). --MarsRover 17:26, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Norway lead the airport now

A unit from the Norwegian Defence Force ho are under ISAF command are the operator of the airport until September 1st.

Khwaja Rawash Airport is the name

IATA call the airport as Khwaja Rawash and not Kabul International please change name of article.(116.71.36.106 (talk) 19:49, 30 May 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Dari/Persian name of the airport

The official name of the airport in Dari/Persian language is "میدان هوایی بین المللی کابل" not "فرودگاه بین المللی کابل". The following links should prove that [1], [2], [3]. (Ketabtoon (talk) 21:20, 22 September 2009 (UTC))[reply]

This still isn't corrected. The name is written Arabic for some reason.

Taliban regime's new name for the airport?

Announced yet? 50.111.32.130 (talk) 11:59, 27 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

In searching various news outlets, I have seen no coverage of the airport being renamed. I imagine it would be renamed as the current name, Hamid Karzai, is a former president of Afghanistan who was in office while the country was occupied by coalition forces.
