I introduced a structure to the article, and made some gramatical corrections. I also added some info about why his movies were so popular.

I'd like to see more information about Gül Sunal, Kemal's wife. who was an excellent actress herself. WP need not reflect the sexism and lack of recognition for talented women that has been traditional in Turkey in recent history. David Spector 03:11, 7 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
