I don't feel strongly about keeping "Greek" in the lead, but it is sourced that he acquired citizenship, and one could argue it's relevant that he was not a "foreign" player while playing in Greece.—Bagumba (talk) 07:20, 10 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm adding this reference here on the Talk page since it was deemed not appropriate for the Kurt Rambis Wikipedia page (due to self-promotion concerns). I think it's nonetheless relevant to learning about Kurt Rambis!:

In 2022, the band "Rambis" (whose name was inspired by Kurt Rambis) released the song "Time To Rambis", which celebrates Kurt Rambis's grit, determination, and work ethic. The song is an up-tempo rocker that highlights the former basketball player's unique on-court appearance combined with his unmatched tenacity in lyrics such as: "His purple shorts may be too short, and his socks might be a little too high, but he works harder than any other man, a force of will that none can deny."
