– Hatnotes should suffice. Timmyshin (talk) 22:47, 3 September 2014 (UTC) Withdraw proposal. Timmyshin (talk) 19:06, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - as WP:PINYIN. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:55, 4 September 2014 (UTC)]
- Support Lü Bin because a diacritic is sufficient enough if there is no other. Oppose Lu Bin - I didn't know what a "sprinter" is until I found sprint (running). However, "(sprinter)" should help readers a lot more. --George Ho (talk) 04:11, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose this should be called WP:ORIGINALRESEARCH, as it is not supported by the references used. The only reference uses "Lu" -- 65.94.169.222 (talk) 04:48, 4 September 2014 (UTC)]
- Support Lü Bin because it is unique; Oppose Lu Bin because it is not. The umlaut in "Lü Bin" is frequently dropped in English sources, making it indistinguishable from Lu Bin. -Zanhe (talk) 15:50, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
