President's Park vs. this district

Editor's note: There is a Lafayette Park and Square that is part of President's Park, which includes the White House. Is that park the same or different than Lafayette Square? Seems same. Need to link from that article to here. This district is more than just the Lafayette Square park, however, it includes at least the surrounding buildings.
