The "CAC PIN code" links require a "Common Access Card" (by which the US government ID card is read through a card reader) and are not accessible to the general public. As they require registration, they fit under

Thanks for the clarification. I had removed the second version, not catching the different spelling. An editor's comment is all we need to demonstrate this is not a typo, so the standard black typeface is restored. This is not a big issue in that the sources may have misspelled his name. With that in mind, red (or yellow, blue, purple, green) typeface is not needed. – S. Rich (talk) 19:55, 14 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
