Notability

Currently, the article has no citations and qualifies for deletion according to Wikipedia's policies. As it is currently written, almost everything past the opening paragraph could be deleted, and if not, it will require major rewriting. As a Canadian, I am not familiar with New Zealand netball; can anyone provide an indication that Hutton is notable or should this go for AfD? (EhJJ)TALK 19:39, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Obviously this needs to be backed up by references, but she is a senior player in the top level league in her sport, which has just gone from semi-professional to full professional and which spans the two top countries in International Netball. In other words, the equivalent of a Major League player in Basketball, Baseball etc. Netball is the number one particiant sport in New Zealand. Unfortunately, it is not as well organised as some other sports in terms of media coverage, statistical databases etc, but we should be able to find satisfactory references. dramatic (talk) 01:39, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
