I fail to understand why Eric D'souza was Killed by the police. It was Alleged that had sent him to kill Sridhar Murthy, but did he kill Sridhar? Did He cross fire on Police that ,Banglore Police had to kill him. If rumours are to be believed then it is also said Eric D'souza was killed by shooting a bullet in chest in the Police Station while investigating him.Why was his Case just closed with knowing the facts. The case should be Re-opened and investigated properly.

This is a murder Mystery my friend,There are So many people involved,Group of some policemen who were Ajib Salim, G.A. Bawa & party etc, D- Company etc. There are Rumours that , told Eric D'souza to kill Sridhar Murthy,Since Rai had a doubt that Sridhar Murthy was having an affair with 's gang. A native of Puttur in Dakshina Kannada district, Rai was a bank employee but dismissed from service. He ran a small eatery and later opened a bar and restaurant on Brigade Road.

According to the police, his first major strike was the murder of underworld don M P Jairaj. He was accused by the police for killing gangster Oil Kumar. The elimination of these two men made him the leader of the city’s crime syndicate.

In 1997, in a case of mistaken identity, Rowdy Seena was murdered and Rai named as one of the accused. Again, in 2002, Subbaraju, a builder, was shot dead on Cunningham Road, and Rai was again suspected to be the mastermind behind the killing.

The Karnataka police had sought Interpol’s assistance in issuing a red corner notice against him. In 2002, Rai was deported from Dubai under the extradition treaty.

However, Rai kept saying he was innocent and had no role in all these crimes. He had to run away because he was fixed in false cases. However, according to Rai, he decided to fight it out with a return to the city.

Muthappa Rai has many great qualities like listening, learning, patience, helping, analysis, hard working, managerial skills all these are helped people through him to clear their problems without any doubt. All these skills became him as a Social committed leader as well as the Legend.

About Muthappa Rai

N Muthappa Rai is a social worker and an entrepreneur who was born in Puttur, a Southern district of Karnataka, a state of India. Currently he lives on the outskirts of South Bengaluru and looks after the functioning of Jaya Karnataka, a socio-political organization that works for the betterment of rural population of Karnataka.

He was born in Puttur, a district in Southern Karnataka, a state of India to Narayana Rai and Susheela Rai. He also has a brother, Karunakara Rai. Early in his career he had joined Vijaya Bank in Puttur as a clerk and was also transferred to

district, Karnataka. He has two sons Rakkhi and Rikky. His elder son is into hotel business and his second son is still studying. Both of them have settled abroad. His wife Smt. Rekha Muthappa Rai passed away in 2013 due to kidney related ailments.

Soon after getting transferred to Bengaluru (then Bangalore) he left his bank job and started his own restaurant on MG Road. Known to be a helpful person he had helped Bengaluru police restore peace during the days of his restaurant business. Because of his benevolent nature he had to face many objections and hostility from many quarters. When asked, he says he has nothing to do with it. He showed more maturity as he changed his ways of functioning and concentrated on his business for few years and then started his own social services organization named Jaya karnataka. Through this organization he strives to attain freedom of speech of downtrodden people and establishing their solidarity. This is perhaps a much better and organized way to improve the conditions of the society and to bring reforms as Jayakarnataka has opened 300 branches in entire Karnataka and has more than 7 lakh members already in a span of around two years. It was during this period that his work got acclaim and attention of the people from all over India who came to know about him. He created a good name for himself by giving service to the society and being a faithful and loyal Indian.

Muthappa Rai founded the nonprofit organization NPO named JayaKarnataka in 2012 with support from 14 likeminded friends. The organization that started off as a small nonprofit structure has hundreds and thousands of followers from all over Karnataka by now. It is focused on upliftment of the rural areas of Karnataka by means of providing them with basic needs like education, basic amenities and opportunities. Empowerment of people irrespective of gender is one of its main agendum.

Muthappa Rai has also enacted in films and especially Tulu films which is his mother tongue to transfer his message of social transformation across the society. In interviews he also said that he would act in films and roles of his liking to transfer his message across. Ram Gopal Varma has announced that he has started his work on a new project. The movie will be named ‘Appa’ which will be based on the life of Muthappa Rai.
