I recall that Dr. Owsei Temkin lived to ALMOST his 100th birthday, on which a centenarian celebration of his life's scholarly contributions to medical history has been planned. But he died just short of that event. Much more could be developed from this stub article. MaynardClark (talk) 05:37, 11 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
