Units of the Black Sea Fleet blocked the ukrainian Forces during the russian invasion of the crimea. This was contrary to Art. 6.1 (Nonengagement in internal affairs and acceptance of ukrainian souveranity). Otto Luchterhandt: Der Anschluss der Krim an Russland aus völkerrechtlicher Sicht.
