The article says he started wrestling in the mid-atlantic area in 1968. It also lists him as a previous NWA PNW Heavyweight Champion...which was held in March 3 to May 18 1966...this doesn't pan out. He is also listed as winning the NWA PNW Tag Team Championship in January 1967. Does anyone know, is this the same Paul Jones that was in the PWN, or was he mis-credited with winning the PNW Heavyweight Title and the Paul Jones in the PNW was someone else? That's because the 1968 debut date is completely incorrect. It's also incorrectly listed on the popular wrestling profile sites. Amazing how no one does research but just copies it. I have a newspaper clipping from Beaumont, Texas that lists his debut on Feb 29, 1964 vs Jack Donovan. I am changing the wiki article. If anyone wants proof let me know.
