Xaverian College

Somebody has edited teh article to remove a link I put in to Xaverian College/St Francis Xavier School. The article now reads that Raymond was educated by the Catholic brothers in Glossop, which I don't think is the case. I'm fairly sure the only Sta Francis Xavier school in the area was in Rusholme, and is now Xaverian College. But I doubt I'll be able to change it back because somebody will instantly revert it. After all, we wouldn't want to let the truth get in the way of what we believe to be the case! That's the Wikipedia way! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.155.62.134 (talk) 17:54, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted back to original intent.

For explanation of my last edit. This page about a very notable publisher was replaced on 10th June with a page about a non-notable musician of the same name. I have reverted all edits since. If the other Paul Raymond really deserves a Wikipedia entry (which I doubt), then they should have created a disambiguation page, not wiped out the info about a very notable person.

Notability

There's no doubt about Raymond's notability: he was notorious throughout his lifetime, was at the very least a dollar billionaire, and on his death was immediately the subject of obituaries in all three major British broadsheet newspapers. -- The Anome (talk) 14:34, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Publisher?

Isn't this being a bit kind? More appropriately this should be Paul Raymond (pornographer) I would have thought? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.59.182.140 (talk) 15:42, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agree. Him and John Murray, publishers both? Changed to 'porn merchant', that being what he is known for. 2.28.140.201 (talk) 17:49, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Extortion attempt

These threats were carried out by 'decorators posing as terrorists'. Are you sure it wasn't terrorists posing as decorators? 109.154.17.244 (talk) 06:26, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Have you ever worked with a decorator? They're terrorists. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.115.185.4 (talk) 17:22, 12 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
