I would like to understand, why this article needs any review. This is translation of article on one of the most important and unique Czech painers from the Czech Wikipedia. Anybody, who is familiar with modern art, can recognize his unparallelled originality and contribution to modern european art. See article: The biggest Czech Artist (in Czech [1]). I would like to point out that this is not UPE/COI as suggested on the user's talk page. User NoJin is a part of Art Library project, which creates articles about Czech artists and artworks on Czech Wikipedia and then translates them to English.
