Expansion

Wikipedia policy allows the citation of books and webpages of the author as a source for objective and non-contentious propositions about the living person. (Professor Bailey is several orders of magnitude more distinguished than required to be listed in WP as a notable academic.)

A kind editor should someday verify statements on Bailey's webpage using independent sources, e.g. Royal Statistical Society (RSS), International Biometric Society (UK), etc., nominations of thanks in JRSS discussions, etc.
