Notable people section

There is a problem with the notable people section of this article. There have been numerous additions of people, mostly show-biz folks, where the person's biography shows no connection to the city. Is this

Having looked at some of these, I think the answer is: neither. It is more a case of local legends or local pride. For example, although Ethan Allen's birthplace is in neighboring Litchfield, the town of Roxbury website mentions Ethan Allen, Seth Warner, and others as being born there.
