Is it accurate to describe someone born in Kharkiv, who lived then in Italy, France, and Saint Petersburg, before dying in Finland, as a "Notable Finland Russian"? Ostap 03:50, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've cleaned up the English language Grammar in this article a little, but I'm a bit confused by this sentance:

"To the Grand Duchy of Finland moved about 40,000 Russian soldiers, civilian workers and businessmen about 600".

Just to be clear, does that mean 40,000 Russsian Soldiers, and about 600 civilian workers and businessmen; or 40,000 Russian soldiers and civilian workers, and 600 businessman. Currently this sentance doesn't make much sense in English, and there is not a citation I can use to figure it out.Indisciplined (talk) 10:46, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
