I can't see a single reason these two shouldn't be merged into one; I don't consider myself versed enough in the lingua to say which one should be dominant, but the two articles are clearly on the same subject. In the article, this sentence is in the Origin Section: "...mistakenly confused the Loogahoo with Loup-garou, also known as canus lupis". Does anyone know if this is meant to refer to canIs lupis, or the common wolf? Crashdown13 (talk) 07:30, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removed Saint Lucia from the conversation until credible sources for its inclusion can be met. I have found zero credible sources, just articles that have piggybacked this article. Savvyjack23 (talk) 19:43, 5 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
