Miming

I've removed the reference to performers miming -- this was incorrect. The performers mentioned (Meldrum and Drysdale) were on the rival Kommotion, and it was Kommotion that mostly used this practice, which led to its eventual demise after Actors Equity inposed a ban on it.

Notability

Why is this show notable? There seem to be no references in independent reliable sources. The links to web sites are almost certainly not reliable references. I'm sorry about your trousers (talk) 09:10, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The show is notable for being one of the earliest Australian television programs of this type as well as introducing audiences to some important performers of the era. ie. presnters Young and Turpie, bands like The Strangers, singers like ONJ, Normie Rowe. Its sad that there's only limited online references, but that doesn't indicate a lack of notability. Moondyne (talk) 14:52, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
