I also was struck by the total absense of any mention of the original film, a classic Ealing comedy, by the same name in this description. Usually when Americans do this [seem to do it a lot, including TV shows] it is acknowledged as a copy. Did the Coen brothers pay Ealing Studios for this direct crib? If the original isn't easily available in the US, you're missing a treat, and nothing could compare to it, so I have no desire to see this. Could the description be altered to acknowledge this? I must confess to being ignorant of the status Bob Jones University holds within the African-American baptist community, however it did strike me as being especially strange that a black lady was so adamant that her money go towards supporting an institution which practiced segregation until the 70s and had segregationist policies regarding dating into the 2000s. At the end of the Plot section, it mentions a character called "Pickles" but no previous nor further mention on who or what that is.

I wanted to add some trivia about Diane Delano, who plays Mountain Girl in this movie. Her grandfather was John Merton, who was also a movie actor. He appeared in a movie in 1950 called "The Bandit Queen". The floating casino in this movie is called The Bandit Queen.
