Various named individuals are listed and a small of that number are referenced - how well, I have not checked. The vast majority of the band members are not cited at all, which places the whole article in question. Could some editor(s), preferably without a vested interest, try to find some more reliable sources. At the moment, we seems to have quantity over quality. It is quite simple - because no one has effected the edit. However, is this true or an urban myth? If it was 'widely reported at the time', then it should not be difficult to find
