Al Michaels stated on 9/26/2010 (On Sunday Night Football)that Tony Sparano wears his dark glasses due to an eye injury sustained when he was 17yrs old. The story is: he was cleaning a fryer at a fastfood restaurant and a pipe exploded and burned his eyes. Reportedly he had to wear patches over his eyes for several weeks following the incident and his eyes remain light sensitive to this day.Cjstanonis (talk) 01:41, 27 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
