Content removal

"The Twelve Local Heroes can be grouped by having died prior to the project commencing, by agreeing to be included but having since died, and by being alive." That would appear to be content of relevance to the article, and it got lost in a recent edit. I suggest that it should be put back. Schwede66 21:29, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I took it out because it seemed a little "clunky". What about the table? Should it be one or the three separate ones? -- Alan Liefting (talk - contribs) 05:15, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I don't feel too strongly about the number of tables. But it certainly is relevant that some of the 12 Local Heroes were never asked whether they would like to be included, because they were already dead when the decision was made. Others, of course, did agree on being included, but have since died. If that is no longer expressed by having separate tables, then there should be some text, and maybe an additional table column that indicates who agreed to being included, and who was never asked in the first place. I have no objection to the text in question being reinstated but I think it needs some of the further explanation that you have now given. -- Alan Liefting (talk - contribs) 05:24, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If you like to leave it to me, my preference is to reinstate the three tables (less work for me; as the original editor, I don't think it wasn't too bad, but I agree that some more explanation is warranted). If you would like to take ownership of it, I'd be more than happy to assist, but there's a bit of work involved with the additional column. Schwede66 05:52, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
