Hi I hope someone can help me out there .I am trying to find a history of my g\friends father for her.He died several years ago.All she has of him now is his pic of him in his uniform of the US Army.He would never talk about his service in WW 2 but his pic shows a lapel pic on his uniform which looks like the scales of justice.Can you tell me if this is a JA G pin .I cannot tell .If you can help my e mail is [email protected]. Any info will be appreciated.

My uncle died on 02/08/2021. We had his serve for him 0n 02/18/2021. I was told by Davis Funeral Home that they needed the Branch which was the Army, active duty 01/05/1968 discharged on 07/21/1972.  His discharge was honorable. I got paper work from the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Gave to the Funeral Home. Though this is what was requested . I am told that Mt Hope Cem. will not accept it. I truly can not afford to $3800.00 for a plot plus stone. Can someone please help me.
