I am not very familiar with this topic, but I think it is a concept applicable to any country. Some of the information pertains only to Australia. There are urban ecosystems in all countries, so the article should focus first on the general information common to all urban ecosystems, and then focus on the particular countries where it is being studied. --Doctor C (talk) 21:21, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This entry reads like an 'about us' page or a press release from an Australian organization, not like an encyclopedia entry on the topic.
