Rationale for deletion of disambiguation page

Per the

WP:Disambig page, "If only a primary topic and one other topic require disambiguation, then disambiguation links are sufficient, and a disambiguation page is unnecessary." Since the radio station call letters are the primary identification and the IATA code reference to an airport is a secondary identification, a hat note is sufficient and requires no more steps than would a disambiguation page for people seeking the airport. It's not about which subject is more famous, just that the radio station is primarily identified by this name while the airport is primarily identified by its full name with the IATA code only a secondary reference to that airport. - Dravecky (talk) 06:03, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply

Dennis Miller

The Dennis Miller Show will not air on WHK until March 1st, according to the station's website. There is no reason to include this show in the lead until then. I am not opposed to a brief mention in the body as long as it is properly sourced.  Levdr1lp  (talk) 19:01, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As of Nov 1, 2012, Mark Levin is back in the 9 PM slot. ----

Oldies format

Page currently states that when WHK was an oldies station, it was the first in Cleveland. Not so. It was preceded by WMGC "Magic Oldies" on 1260 AM), WBBG "Super Gold" on 1260 AM, and WLYT "We Love You Truly" on 92.3 FM. ---- — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.60.179.74 (talk) 16:05, 1 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Some WHK technical history

Researching Arthur O. Austin, I found this bit of history about one of WHK's early transmitting towers. https://www.mazdigital.com/webreader/44578?page=20 RoySmith (talk) 15:40, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
