I'm in favor of that. I've usually advocated merging articles on districts/towns/neighborhoods whose boundaries substantially overlap, and I recall struggling with some ambiguity on this topic when I was writing. Acroterion(talk) 02:09, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
