UW-Eau Claire

It seems that Will Jennings both taught at UW-Eau Claire and attended UW-Eau Claire. See:[1] Perhaps this is a typo, because this is the only evidence I could find that placed Jennings as a student at Eau Claire. (The book uses the term attended) Whatever the case, it might call for further investigation.

Well how interesting -- thank you for the link, I'll look into it. He isn't listed in the 1991 alumni directory, but you never know. I'll verify it and either revert myself or respond on the related talk pages. — WFinch (talk) 21:34, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I saw you restored Jennings to the alumni section. Have you made any headway in finding other sources? I was thinking he might have recieved his M.A. degree from Eau Claire and his B.A. from Stephen Austin State University since he recieved his B.A. in 1967 and the book/website said he attended Eau Claire in 1982. Frustrating when you can't find corroborating sources....

Since you've found a source I felt it best to keep things as they were; but I will look around, and perhaps I'll be able to clarify. — WFinch (talk) 00:16, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The whole thing is a bit weird. You would think UW-Eau Claire would mention that Jennings was a student in a press release since he is quite notable. But, it is a credible book source so we probably should leave the page as it is.

Lyricist only?

Does Jennings write the tune, as well? rags (talk) 20:09, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
