The lady is known as Xinran on her books. I think (though it would be nice if someone could confirm) that this is her personal name and Xue is her family name, which means she's reversed the normal Chinese order. I tagged it as not having any references, then converted an inline ext link to reference, but that still isn't really a reference for the article so I left the no references tag.
