Sometimes my editing habits overlap with my academic and professional interests, but most of the time they don't. I'm pretty much an

. I occasionally abuse the Random Article button to waste time when I should be doing something else (you know, like actual work or something). All that said, my contributions aren't always wholly reflective of my personal interests, activities, endorsements, etc. A lot of the time, I just edit where I feel I'm "needed" or because I fell down some sort of weird rabbit hole while procrastinating.
Speaking of my interests, I like photography, my Betta fish, volunteering at fan conventions, spaceflight and spaceflight history, Star Trek, and volunteering with
FIRST LEGO League
. My photography hobby occasionally carries over into my Wikipedia habit, and you can see several of my photographic contributions below. Also, since I've uploaded a lot of my photos to Flickr under a Creative Commons license, I occasionally come across images of mine uploaded by others. That's pretty cool.
