The Bullhorn Speech

The Bullhorn Speech, also referred to as the Bullhorn Address, was an impromptu speech delivered by U.S. President George W. Bush at the World Trade Center site on September 14, 2001, three days after the September 11 attacks. During his first visit to the Twin Towers site since its collapse, Bush climbed to a high point in the rubble and used a bullhorn to address a crowd of rescue workers and first responders.
