Christopher "Chris" Schubert (Born April 7th, 1986 in

AIFA. Schubert was formerly a college football standout at Oberlin College where he started for four years, was named a member of the All-NCAC
team all four years, and holds numerous school records.

High School

Chris attended Oberlin High School, a public school in the town of Oberlin, Ohio. Here he showed promise in athletics from early on in his career, participation in both varsity football and baseball. As an upperclassmen, Schubert began drawing interest from college football programs across the country.

Oberlin

As a true freshman in 2004, Schubert played in 9 regular season games before breaking his collarbone on a touchdown reception. Prior to the injury he distinguished himself as a talented

Division III All-American Bowl in Minneapolis, Minnesota.[1] Schubert graduated in 2008 as Oberlin's all-time leader in receiving yards (2,536), receiving touchdowns (23), kick/punt return yards (3,210), and returns for touchdowns. He is the only player in Oberlin College history to return a punt for a touchdown.[2]

Post-College

Upon finishing his career at Oberlin, Shubert sought to continue his career as a football player in the professional ranks. Although he attended a mini camp hosted by the

American Indoor Football Association. Schubert ended his first season with the Raiders in 2010 with a team leading 73 receptions, 805 yards, and 21 touchdowns.[5]
