Cornish ethnicity in census
Hi. I reverted your addition of a figure for the number of people who specified Cornish as their ethnicity in the census because the reference provided didn't support it. It said that 34,000 people in Cornwall wrote in Cornish as their ethnicity, but didn't say anything about a total of 37,500 people in the UK doing so. I have added the reference to the Cornish people article because it's handy to have there. Looking at that article also reveals that the 37,500 figure came from a conference paper on the LSE website, but the link is now dead. I'm going to have a go at tracking that source down. Cordless Larry (talk) 07:47, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- OK, found it. The LSE have reorganised their website so the link broke. I'll add the reference to the article. Cordless Larry (talk) 07:49, 6 August 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for your comment on my draft for an article. I have now published it as Enys family of Enys in Cornwall. You are welcome to edit it further and add material about the sale of the library. Vernon White . . . Talk 16:41, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Camborne. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page.
