Fixed VV Cephei A
Hi there!
I took the liberty of fixing your image image:Sun_and_VV_Cephei_A.svg, which was listed as having a librsvg bug on Commons. I made a new version in Inkscape and clipped the big circle (orange) to the edge of the board using a sqaure the same the same size of the board and the path "intersection" tool. The Sun is now 3px wide and VV Cephei A is 5700px wide (before the clip), and the image as whole is a nice round 400px square.

CopyNight Orlando
Hi Foobaz/Archive 2! I see you're from Florida. If you're in the Orlando area, please check out this brief survey. I'm looking to start a meet-up of CopyNight, a monthly social discussion of copyright and related issues (like Wikipedia, Creative Commons, and open source). If that sounds neat, please answer this short survey to help with scheduling the event. Thanks! --Gavin Baker 10:54, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
Baseball metaphors for sex
Man, give me a break. Look at that page, and tell me what I added wasn't a totally valid change. By the way, my edit wasn't a neologism, more a protologism. But what is language if it does not evolve? The truth of my metaphorical use of "ground rule double" is self-evident. Furthermore, it is a quality contribution to Wikipedia. It is my belief that you have deprived a great number of people of a life-enriching read; I suppose eventually history will judge who was right, and who was the cyber-terrorist. I wish you no ground rule doubles anytime in the future. -- Ndclimber (talk) 00:09, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

The Baptism of Christ
I removed that section for two reasons: there's nothing else in the article (or in the quick Google search I did) saying the painting ever made it to Dresden, and the work you cited is a work of fiction. If the information is true, I suggest finding a better source. —Mira 00:38, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
Please don't remove my talk page comments
Please don't remove my talk page comments, like you did at Talk:Church of Scientology. Yes, I agree that off-topic discussion is not appropriate, but when my comment only consisted of "see this other user's previous comment" it's not appropriate to summarily remove another user's comment. Dates
See
In the early stages of writing an article, the format chosen by the first major contributor to the article should be used, unless there is reason to change it on the basis of strong national ties to the topic. Where an article that is not a stub shows no clear sign of which format is used, the first person to insert a date is equivalent to the first major contributor.
Since I did not want to search for who made what/when. I just changed the date to U.S. date format, and conform the article with the format of all of the other majority of dates within the article.
Hmmm, preferences, what I choose for preferences is my choice. Thank You. pete 16:08, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

Next Computer?
Hi, wondering why you changed the redirect. As mentioned in the edit summary, the company was never called just "Next Computer", but there was a computer called the "Next Computer."
Also, if someone lands on the article about the computer when they really wanted the company, there's a link to the company in the first sentence of the lede. If someone lands on the article about the company when they really wanted the computer, the link to the computer is a little harder to find (not impossible -- it's in the infobox -- just a bit harder).
I think the redirect is much more functional if it goes to the thing actually named "Next Computer" (the computer) rather than the company. Thanks, NapoliRoma (talk) 20:23, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- (you wrote:) I redirected Next Computer to NeXT because that's what I was looking for when I searched for it. NeXT made more than one type of computer, so Next Computer can refer to any one of them. But there was only one NeXT Computer, Inc. I believe the latter is what most people hitting the redirect will be looking for.
- As you will -- I can see it going either way. Strictly speaking, the company was never named "Next Computer" (although its full name was originally Next Computer, Inc.), and there was one specific computer model formally named the "Next Computer", but clearly there's an existence proof for people thinking of the company as "Next Computer", so although not optimal to my mind, it's not a far-fetched place to have the redirect point. Regards, NapoliRoma (talk) 21:19, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
Your vandalistic deletion of the external link I added has now been reverted with bells. Can't thetans take criticism? Albatross2147 (talk) 02:20, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
- Nothing in the link changed. It was probably your connection channelling or whatever Albatross2147 (talk) 06:21, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
Seven Seas
In your early edits to the article Seven Seas, you said they included the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea, but not the Aegean Sea. Why would that be? It seems strange. Also, the Aegean Sea is included in this picture that you made of the seven seas: Image:Seven_seas.png What's the deal with that? - Shaheenjim (talk) 07:49, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
- Ok. Note that I edited the Seven Seas article partly in response to your answer to the above question. Also note Talk:Marginal_sea#The_Mediterranean_Sea.27s_marginal_seas. - Shaheenjim (talk) 02:46, 11 June 2008 (UTC)

Currently you have the link to your dad's rules as: http://www.hoglaw1.com/rules/ but I think you meant to put: http://www.hoglaw1.com/rules.htm. Bebta
thumb|right|400px|this is a bebta release???????????
"Warning: this is a bebta release"... a Google search brought up nothing for the search "this is a bebta realese"; that has got to be a spelling error. Daniel Christensen (talk) 16:15, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
Pretty sure it's supposed to be beta...Daniel Christensen (talk) 16:15, 16 October 2009 (UTC) If that's a synthesized/ported/emulation of the browser then it is inapproproiate; like if a Harvard student remade it for a demonstration which would account for the general spelling error. Daniel Christensen (talk) 16:16, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
- So that was really a syntax error in the program; so every one had that? Daniel Christensen (talk) 17:04, 16 October 2009 (UTC) Just seems unlikely; especially since it was even an Italics word it would receive special attention and be less likely to be overlooked. Daniel Christensen (talk) 17:04, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
And lol; as far as proper Wikipedidanness; I am far form it; look at my articles; discussions; general defiance and all that. Daniel Christensen (talk) 17:04, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

I recently made the switch to Colloquy, and was giving your Wikifier plugin a go, but truth be told I can't get it to work. I imagine it's a bit out of date, is that the likely reason? ~ Amory (u • t • c) 14:57, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
