2016 Wikimedia Foundation Executive Director Search Community Survey
The Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation has appointed a committee to lead the search for the foundation’s next Executive Director. One of our first tasks is to write the job description of the executive director position, and we are asking for input from the Wikimedia community. Please take a few minutes and complete this survey to help us better understand community and staff expectations for the Wikimedia Foundation Executive Director.

Jack Baer (art dealer) has been nominated for Did You Know
DYK for Hove Town Hall
On 7 June 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Hove Town Hall, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the original Hove Town Hall building (pictured) was damaged by fire in 1966? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Hove Town Hall. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Hove Town Hall), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jack Baer (art dealer), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page National Portrait Gallery. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi. Just a reminder that in just over a week at Wikimania there's going to be a cross-Wiki discussion about the systems of control of new pages. This is a round-table rather than a presentation or a lecture. On the agenda are reforms to the new article reviewing systems and ways to help new users better understand our content policies. If you are going to Italy and would like to take part, please check out the conference schedule, and I look forward to seeing you there. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 17:46, 14 June 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for notifying me, although I won't be attending Wikimania. Joseph2302 (talk) 15:29, 16 June 2016 (UTC)

The second image caption says "Andrew Strauss, who introduced the points system into men's cricket." was it actualy done under his authority?©Geni (talk) 15:27, 18 June 2016 (UTC)
- Geni Thanks for spotting. I've edited the caption so it says he "announced the points system", which is what the sources say. Technically it was the England and Wales Cricket Board rather than him individually who introduced it, but he announced it. Joseph2302 (talk) 09:55, 19 June 2016 (UTC)

copa america centenario group d
In the game argentina bolivia, Carmelo Algarañaz enters 85 minute with the number 19. No problem here. the problem is that Samuel Galindo is the Bolivian footballer was "officially " takes that number. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.150.35.182 (talk) 18:09, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
- Assume this is about Copa América Centenario Group D or Copa América Centenario. Although I have no idea what you're asking, or why you're asking me, since I haven't edited either of those pages. Joseph2302 (talk) 20:02, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

List of cricketers who have taken five-wicket hauls on ODI debut
Hi Joseph. I've updated this with Dasun Shanaka's haul from today. Be grateful if you could check it for any issues. I don't understand the sort syntax rationale for the number of wickets in the table (for example, sort|0684 for Rabada, sort|0550 for Rahman, etc). Thanks.
