Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to move pages to bad titles contrary to naming conventions or consensus, you may be blocked from editing. You need to move the article back to the original title as it's been contested and moving it again without discussion is edit warring. PICKLEDICAE🥒 13:29, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm ThaddeusSholto. I noticed that you recently removed content from Traces of Death without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Netherzone (talk) 21:55, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@MaggieSteinb I came here to ask the same as the above message: please start using edit summaries when you are making changes.
While your edits are often quite good contributions, in some it is completely unclear what you changed or what the intention of your edit was.
It takes a lot of time for other editors to review tons of small changes with no edit summaries, and it's better overall for an accurate history of page changes if you leave an indication of what you were trying to do with an edit. Thanks and cheers! Chiselinccc (talk) 01:53, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please consider providing edit summaries; thank you. Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a

Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing
→ check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! Patrick. ツ
