Hello. I see that you added some information regarding growing atheism to the UK page. While it is not an unreasonable statement (in my own opinion), it does fall foul of expected content in Wikipedia, I'm afraid. Firstly, it could be interpreted as being point-of-view. Secondly, you do not quote any sources for it - which is a rather important thing to do. Please review your contribution in light of this. I have not reverted what you wrote as I thought I should give you an opportunity to have another look at it - however, I suspect that others will do. Thanks for your other contributions. Cheers, Parmesan 16:51, 11 July 2007 (UTC).
Hallo: Thanks for your contribution to Leeds. When you're adding a link, like Beeston, it's worth clicking on it in "preview edit" to check that it goes to the right article. If it leads to a "disambiguation page" offering a choice of meanings, you can then follow the link which looks right (which may itself lead to a page with a different title: the "Beeston" page had a link to "Beeston, West Yorkshire" which led to "Beeston, Leeds", but I'll get back and fix it now), and once you find the page for the place you're talking about you can change the link to [[Beeston, Leeds|Beeston]] - ie first the title of the article you want to link to, then "|", then the words you want appearing in the text. I've sorted out that one (now Beeston)and a couple of others. Enjoy your editing! PamD 20:27, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria
