I think it is not important information. Perhaps it can be said somewhere in the body of the article where it will fit in. I don't think it deserves a separate section also. I will see if I can cleanup the article, it is full of disconnected narration put side by side. --

Yes, you are also right in your view. What I and others are saying is that this may not be needed right at the top or in any detail, just find a suitable spot in the body of the article and fit it in two three words. When I get time I will try to cleanup this article and if possible consider the addition that you are proposing. If you want to add it back yourself I would suggest you make your proposal, where you want to add it in "change xx to yy format" on the article talk page. --
