Maine State Route 395 truly exists, you need to provide references showing its existence. In this edit, the two references you presumably copied from SR 9 (no access date updates) do not reference any State Route 395. On this edit

of SR 9, you reference the Maine DOT website, but I checked the home page, the GIS maps, and PDF maps, but found no references to it. If it does exist and SR 9 was indeed truncated, I doubt that the state would take 91 miles of roadway and without any prior press releases change the number unilaterally.
