The servers are being weird right now. I'm pretty sure I fixed everything with the script, but there might be issues with javascript loading old versions of the script or not loading the script it at all intermittently. I'll be testing this later today, when the server issues will hopefully be cleared up, and confirm that my changes are acting as expected. equazcion → 14:35, 12 Nov 2013 (UTC)

I think {{Classes of natural numbers}} is getting too big. I suggest splitting out {{Figurate numbers}}. PrimeHunter (talk) 13:31, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

While I agree that the template is relatively big, I would like to keep the two templates at least connected in some way. In order to reduce the 'visual' size when the template is uncollapsed, the section listing the figurate numbers could be made collapsible by wrapping the content into some kind of collapsible template or the whole number classes template could be changed to use {{Navbox with collapsible groups}}. Another option is of course to simply link {{Figurate numbers}} in the figurate numbers section in {{Classes of natural numbers}} per your suggestion. We could do {{Classes of natural numbers/sandbox}} but if we make a subgroup then why stop there and not include {{Divisor classes}} and {{Prime number classes}} as subgroups? PrimeHunter (talk) 14:42, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

Including {{Prime number classes}} would result in a number of double entries, however. This could be resolved by moving entries such as Fermat number to the better fitting category, of course (for example, removing it from {{Prime number classes}} and just leaving it in {{Classes of natural numbers}}). I think the prime number classes subgroup should only contain those classes, where all numbers are prime (for example it would include classes like super-prime, but not, say, Cullen number). -- Toshio Yamaguchi 15:37, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

@PrimeHunter: Actually after a second thought merging both templates into a single one might be the best option, though I think we should decide on some criteria for grouping the entries (for example I think the name Possessing a specific set of other numbers I specified in {{Classes of natural numbers}} is not a very good name for a subgroup). In my opinion we should create a new template and first define an appropriate set of subgroups/categories and then add all entries from {{Classes of natural numbers}} and {{Prime number classes}} to it. I know this will result in a large navbox and your original rationale for the split is the size of the navbox. However, is a large navbox inherently problematic? I assume {{Navbox with collapsible groups}} exists in part for such cases. It could be designed such that the categories/subgroups are visible when uncollapsing the navbox, but the entries are initially collapsed. -- Toshio Yamaguchi 22:10, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

Hi, I was hoping that you would have contributed to Wikipedia:Media copyright questions/Archive/2013/December#Bot to detect WP:NFCCP#10c failures? but it got archived.

Is such a bot possible? Besides the issue that I raised on that thread, it should also detect cases where a page is moved but the FURs are left alone. I've recently made this fix - the page was moved more than two months ago and the redirect was repurposed the following day, yet the consequent

@Redrose64: Well, as ww2censor said, I thought about such a bot as well (see discussions here, here, here, here and here). I think it would be technically possible if there is someone who can and wants to code such a bot (I don't know whether I could do it myself, I can program myself, but mainly in C++ and I am not sure whether that language is the best choice to code a bot or not.
