Hello! I'm Westroopnerd. Welcome to my talk page! Feel free to leave messages, feedback, or just simple discussion here. I appreciate it!
contesting articles
I want to contest the articles you put up for deletion. --Softstarrs23 (talk) 23:46, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
- Hi! Which article are you referring to? Club Atlético Newell's Old Boys II or Honolii Stream? Or both? Westroopnerd (talk) 23:49, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
Both --Softstarrs23 (talk) 23:50, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
- To contest the first one, click the button on the red template at the top of the page that says "Contest". This will allow you to create a discussion on why the article should not be deleted. For the second, you can simply remove the template, although it could be re-nominated at ]
Mentorship
I need mentoring. --Softstarrs23 (talk) 23:54, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
- If you're new to Wikipedia, I strongly recommend checking out the Teahouse, that's probably the best mentoring you can get around here! Also be sure to quickly read over the five pillars of Wikipedia. Also, thanks for volunteering to help out Wikipedia! It's a great thing to do! Westroopnerd (talk) 23:58, 15 August 2015 (UTC)

Hi, I'm Nrwairport. I wanted to let you know that I saw the page you reviewed, Suō no Naishi, and have un-reviewed it again. If you have any questions, please ask them on my talk page. Thank you. Nrwairport (talk) 06:39, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
Dead Sea 1619
Hi Westroopnerd,
The Dead Sea 1618 is a company that was established back in 1890. It should not go through speedy if you think it does not have a place in wikipedia. --Tarawneh (talk) 17:36, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
- Hi! It's important to remember that age does not mean notability. While this company is potentially notable, I see no particular indication of it on the page and found few external sources on it. I would be more than happy to put it back through AfD, if you prefer. Westroopnerd (talk) 17:39, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, gladly. There are tons of offline references, I will add them all to the article. But at the end of the day, this is not a NASDAQ company, so do not expect to find info about it online. --Tarawneh (talk) 17:47, 16 August 2015 (UTC)

St. John's Church, Vellore
Thanks you for patrolling the article St. John's Church, Vellore. Actually, I created this article today (4 hours ago), and was in the process of editing the article, when it was patrolled, before the article was completed. Could you please review the article again. Regards "Aus_Indian (talk) 04:53, 18 August 2015 (UTC)"

I will do remember to do that in the future. Thanks for the advice and support! --

New deal for page patrollers
Hi Westroopnerd,
In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.
Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)

Gubernatorial elections stubs
Just a quick note to say thanks for creating the basic outlines on all the gubernatorial election pages- perhaps add one reference if you can for each one so it doesn't have to have that ugly "unreferenced" tag on top :) ? jcc (tea and biscuits) 12:07, 5 January 2018 (UTC)

Could you please explain why Lesbian elvis is pointing to 2018 United States House of Representatives elections in Texas#District 3? I can't find a connection between the two. Wug·a·po·des 07:44, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

Universitas Georgiopolitana
I undid your edit to Georgetown University but failed to link to the right discussions where we decided not to use the "Latin name" field, that should be here: Talk:Georgetown University/Archive 3#Native Name in Infobox and Talk:Georgetown University/Archive 2#Infobox. If you think we were wrong or something's changed, maybe start a new discussion on the Talk:Georgetown University page. Thanks-- Patrick, oѺ∞ 18:45, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
