, so moving this file to the article about the song would not be appropriate.

The only way I can see this being kept is if its too simple for copyright protection, or its copyright has lapsed and was not renewed. The label is mostly text except for the RCA dog imagery of Nipper. I don't think that's simple enough to be considered below c:COM:TOO#United States, but it might be old enough for its copyright to have lapsed per {{PD-US-not renewed}}. If this file doesn't need to be non-free than the one used in the article about the song also probably doesn't need to be non-free. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:30, 19 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Magog the Ogre: This photo was not made by Cliché Online. He/she copied it from huwiki: hu:Fájl:Langhaar.jpg. Please, see the dates of uploading. Cliché Online signed a date when Lupusz (the Hungarian uploader) uploaded this photo on huwiki. I know it is not trouble per se. But please see what Lupusz uploaded from February 6 2008 to February 8 2008 (hu:Speciális:Fájlok_listája/Lupusz).

Google finds this photo on many pages, it is true not before 2008. Perhaps the photo was in Commons too but was deleted. I don't know. But I know these circumstances are really very queer.
