No evidence of permission. The linked site archive has an explicit copyright statement in the footer. Being a subject in the photograph does not confer any copyrights to the subject. The copyright is normally with the photographer. Whpq (talk) 04:53, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A near identical logo was uploaded as File:PayU corporate Logo.png which is currently non-free. I think the files are dplicate to each other, so one of them can be deleted if the licensing is clarified. The file nominated is currently unused. Keep File:PayU Corporate Logo.png as {{PD-ineligible-USonly}}. c:Commons:Threshold of originality#Netherlands is not conclusive about logos like this being simple, so I'd option for caution. Delete File:PayU corporate Logo.png. as inferior duplicate. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 09:37, 28 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

They are the same logo, one is just bigger then the other. I have gone ahead and relicensed both files as PD-ineligible-USonly and nominated the smaller one for speedy deletion as a duplicate file. Salavat (talk) 09:14, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
