The article says the English language publishers are

Kodansha Comics USA, but kodansha's website doesn't mention Sailor Moon at all. However, Kodansha's publications are distributed by Random House and their website does list Sailor Moon; although only 3 of 18 volumes are listed and the first is not available until Sept. 13, 2011. Beethoven wrote exactly one opera, Fidelio, and he died in 1827, so there ain't gonna be any more Beethoven operas - yet we have Category:Operas [sic] by Ludwig van Beethoven, which contains that solitary entry. There are many, many similar examples. In Japan The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess was rated B 12 and up because of crime. What crime was it that cause the game to be rated B? If there was no crime in this game it would be rated A all ages. What about Spider-Man 2 the video game which have bad guy doing crime and it was Rated A all ages in Japan? Where does it say that in the article? It mentions Hartman's death, but I can only see that it says McClure and Hutz were "retired" - facts that have a link to a 2004 Matt Groening radio interview ([1] no transcript, so you may want to listen to it yourself if you want further details). According to Phil Hartman#Response and legacy, "Rather than substituting another voice actor, the writers of The Simpsons retired Hartman's characters" (referenced by the same link provided by 174.31 above). The retired characters included Troy McClure and Lionel Hutz. The same is mentioned in both character's articles. I only watch the TV show, so I don't know if that "retirement" extends to non-speaking appearences or non-TV appearences; however, the Lionel Hutz article specifically says "Hutz and McClure still appear in Simpsons Comics" (though that is unreferenced).
