The 2018–19 Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team represented the
Big Ten tournament, the Badgers defeated Nebraska in the quarterfinals[3] before losing to Michigan State in the semifinals.[4] They received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 5 seed in the South Region, their 24th trip to the NCAA Tournament. They were upset in the First Round by No. 12-seeded Oregon.[5]
Previous season
The
Big Ten tournament, but lost to top-seeded Michigan State in the next round. They failed to reach the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1998.[6]
