Loukas Kanakaris-Roufos (Greek: Λουκάς Κανακάρης-Ρούφος, 23 August 1878[1] – 11 November 1949) was a Greek politician.
He was the son of
1922 Revolution in September. In between, he headed the Greek delegation to the talks at Genoa aimed at resolving the ongoing Greco-Turkish War
.

. He died at Athens on 11 November 1949.
He was married to Eleni Papageorgakopoulou and had a son, the diplomat and writer Rodis Kanakaris-Roufos.
