Micromidia atrifrons is a species of dragonfly in the family Austrocorduliidae,[3] known as the Forest mosquitohawk.[4] It is a small to medium-sized, black to metallic green dragonfly with pale markings on its abdomen,[4]
endemic to north-eastern Australia,[5]
where it inhabits streams.[6]
