Oppose. It is known by both names; "Nōbi" is a shortened form using the last character of 美濃 (Minō) and the first character of 尾張 (Owari). In the absence of any other reason to make a change, I suggest

It's not clear why CiNii is an appropriate database to use here (or if this comment was left by the original requester). Most of the hits are not related to the actual search term, but simply contain the words individually; a lot of the hits being captured by these searches are simply in Japanese; and the same articles are picked up multiple times.
