RFC: raname to provocation

There is now no doubt on it, since one day before this incident documents were found about this very incident. LOL. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-57624942 Valery Zapolodov (talk) 04:45, 1 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Incident seems more appropriate. The New York Times called it an "international incident" and the Los Angeles Times call it a "disputed incident". Several headlines have used the phrase Black Sea incident. The use of incident also has precedent on Wikipedia with the 1986 Black Sea incident and the 1988 Black Sea bumping incident. I cannot see why provocation would be an improvement. RoanokeVirginia (talk) 13:26, 1 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Russian Navy or Russian Coast Guard or both?

The infobox states that the Russian Navy was involved howeve the footage clearly shows that at least of the ships was from the Russian Coast Guard. Should this be changed? Leonard LMT (talk) 21:05, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
